These guys were awesome! We were on a cross-country road trip and almost had a blowout on the highway. They were 20 minutes from closing, but said come on they would make sure we were taken care of. They got us back on the road in less than an hour and gave us a great price on a set of tires as well! Thanks Brian!!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Burt Brothers in Pleasant View was extremely disappointing. I dropped my vehicle off Saturday morning at 8:00 AM after being assured that the repair would be completed by Monday. Monday came and went without a single phone call, text, or update from anyone at the shop. At 3:40 PM, after hearing absolutely nothing, I had to call them myself to find out what was going on. Only then was I told that my vehicle hadn’t been repaired because they were still waiting to hear back from the warranty company and, on top of that, the wrong part had been ordered and delivered. Apparently, nobody thought it was important to notify me of these issues until I called asking for an update. The most frustrating part wasn’t even the delay—it was the complete lack of communication and accountability. If the repair wasn’t going to be completed as promised, I should have been informed immediately instead of being left in the dark all day. Being told after the fact that the wrong part was ordered sounds like poor planning and poor management, not customer service. I bought 75000 mile tire they only lasted 3200 miles. I went back cause they were still under warranty they said they would give me $250 credit back only if I bought all 4 tires my wife's car only needed 1. I spent $1,200 on all 4, 2 of them were defective the first one had bubbles second one was already going flat from the top of the tire. I'll just keep going back to TAS Tires cheaper and durable. The only reason why I went here was because it was an emergency couldn't make it very far.

Burt Brothers in Pleasant View, Utah (New location) was amazing! From the friendly and helpful woman at the front counter (Hailey) and the shop manager to the guys working in the bays. This was my first time at Bury Brother's and was not disappointed. My wheels look amazing, the service was great! I will be returning in the future and I will be recommending to my friends and family. Thank you, Burt Brothers for a very nice experience.
